  • Do I need to pay a deposit?
    Yes. Our calendar gets booked very quickly so we ask that you book well in advance of your actual event date. That way we can guarantee your choosen date, visit your desired location if required and ask all the necessary questions to make sure your childs birthday goes according to plan.
  • How much is the deposit?
    The deposit is 50% and can be paid directly via the website or transfered to us by direct bank transfer. Please reference your payment with your name and let us know either via email as soon as the monies have been transfered so that we can send you a confirmation receipt.
  • Do we party plan?
    Yes, we do! If you require a one stop party planner YOGELIS is exactly the party planner for you. We would be delighted to arrange a themed party of your choice. All we require is the venue details, the date, the age of the child (of course), your childs interests and hobbies as well as the number of children attending your event. NO CATERING (We do not arrange catering as dietary requirements are essential and that is information you must gather from the parents of each child attending to avoid allegeries etc)
  • How much staff do you have?
    Depending on the number of children attending and what services you require we have a team of staff on hand ready to make your day run smoothly and to allow you, the parents, to relax knowing that Yogelis has everything under control.
  • What happens if i cancel?
    All Cancellations will need to be notified within 48 hours.All deposits are non refundeble, however we can try to help arrange an alternative date. A full deposit refund can only be actioned withing 48 hours of booking and sent throught to BACS within 5-7 working days.
  • What characters do you provide?
    Yogeli thre Fairy -all round entertainer can be also themed related. Supehero Party characters. Candlelight Princess Glass slipper Princess Princess Eli Snow Princess Snow Sister Princess Mermaid Princess The Apple Princess The Genie of the lamp Princess Fashion Dolly Princess Unicorn Princess Pink Dolly Princess Beauty Princess Mascots are also provided.

  • Can I book multiple entertainers for my event through My Site
    Yes, you can absolutely book multiple entertainers for your event through My Site! We understand that every event is unique and may require a variety of entertainment options, so we have a team of assistants ready to support large bookings. Simply send us a message with details about your event, and we can provide you with some ideas and recommendations to ensure your event is a success. Whether you need a mix of performers, magicians, clowns, or any other type of entertainer, we've got you covered!
  • Do you have Insurance and risk Assesment
    Yes we have Public liability and can send you a PDF document before or after securing document. We also have risk Assement forms for each of our services. Waivor forms can also be included in your bookings Please do let us know and we can get all documents ready for your venue providor.

Terms and Conditions for Yogelis Kids Parties:

Yogelis Kids Parties requires agreement to the following terms and conditions for all bookings, whether made online or over the phone.

1. **Pricing and Entertainer Allocation:**
   - Parties are priced based on the time spent with the entertainer, regardless of the character or games played.
   - We reserve the right to change the allocated entertainer without prior notice, though the entertainer will contact you the week of the party.

2. **Booking Information and Liability:**
   - Please provide accurate party booking details (time, date, address, character) at the time of booking.
   - Yogelis Kids Parties is not responsible for costs beyond those related to the entertainer.
   - All risks associated with the party are assumed by you; we are not liable for any accidental damage or injury.

3. **Changes and Deposits:**
   - Yogelis Kids Parties may modify party formats, equipment, and games.
   - Deposits are non-refundable, but we are open to rescheduling based on availability.
   - Glitter tattoos are included in two-hour parties; additional services must be arranged during booking confirmation.

4. **Force Majeure and Copyright:**
   - We disclaim liability for party cancellations due to Force Majeure events.
   - Characters have no affiliation with other brands and do not infringe upon copyright laws.

5. **Additional Terms:**
   - All entertainers and performers are DBS checked.
   - A 50% non-refundable deposit secures bookings with the balance due the day before the event.
   - Allow a 30-minute buffer for travel; refunds are subject to specific conditions.
   - Cancellations result in deposit loss unless rescheduled within seven days prior.
   - Clients are responsible for parking arrangements, and mascot hire has specific rules.
   - Charges apply for extra children, face painting beyond the advised numbers, and specific age restrictions.
   - Parents are responsible for managing disruptive behaviour and ensuring safety.

6. **Changes and Add-Ons:**
   - Party add-ons are allowed up to 3 days before, and any other changes must be requested 7 days in advance.
